Essential Server Maintenance – 26/27th June 2014
In order for us to further improve the web hosting service you receive, our third-party server infrastructure will be relocated to new state-of-the-art datacentre facilities managed by M247 in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Services will begin shutting down at 23:30 on 26th June and will start returning in the early hours of the morning of 27th June.
- During this time, all services will be unavailable (meaning your website will be temporarily offline).
- Analysis shows this time window will have result in the lowest customer impact.
- The migration will be complete by 7am but we anticipate the majority of services being restored significantly before this.
- Any email sent inbound during this time will be queued and delivered once services have been restored.
We appreciate this is a major interruption to your hosting service, but this work is essential to allow us to continue to deliver the very highest levels of performance into the future. We will do everything we can to keep the impact to a minimum, and we thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
